Cast steel slag pots at lower price

Slag pots is a common product for us. But do you know what influence the price of the slag pots. The slag pots are mainly used to carry converter steel slag, refining furnace slag pot. Because of the high working environment temperature, the slag pots are made of cast steel, which features rapid heat absorption and fast heat conduction.

1. Different manufacturers have different prices, and the quality of slag pot also varies price. It doesn't mean the plot quality of small factories is not good, but that the slag pots produced by regular manufacturers are allowed to be released after layers of inspection and confirmation, so the quality of slag pots produced by powerful castings manufacturers is more guaranteed.

2. Each manufacturer's process for producing casting slag pots is different, which also leads to different prices of slag pots.

3. The quantity and volume of slag pots also lead to different prices. Of course, the price is more favorable for large quantity and large volume.

4. The slag pots needs to be tested after production, that is, the post-processing and testing cost of the castings as mentioned by the manufacturer. The post-treatment of slag pots castings includes three aspects: sand cleaning, correction of deformation and refurbishment, and its cost which depends on the structure and technical requirements of the slag pots.
